Immeuble sécurisé, rue calme proche de la gare, de la cathédrale et du musée des Beaux-Arts. Echange fluide via la messagerie, mise à disposition d'un "welcome guide" avec toutes les informations utiles. L'hote est rapidement intervenu pour régler un simple souci technique. Interessant, un systeme facile d'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie qui permet d'être tranquille."

"The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had many amenities. We also loved all of the available information on the site you provided. The property was also incredibly close to many restaurants and cafes, so wonderful!"

"We thought the shampoo kit was not enough for a couple for three nights. Turning on the heat was not obvious, and the key box by the main door was easy to confuse in the instructions."

"The apartment was spacious, bright, well-equipped, and very clean. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. A quiet street. Wifi was simple to connect, and worked well. It is within a short walk of the train station and the tourism office. We walked to the cathedral, the Loire, Place Plumereau, the Jardin des Prebendes d'Oe, and the Place Jean Jaurès. We found several places nearby for meals: Cafe de l'Univers, Bistro Rossini, and the patisserie Aux Délices des Beaux Arts. There's a nice little park next to the convention centre. I appreciated the carpeting and the motion sensor lighting on the stairwell, nice touch. Fortunately we had only carry on size luggage, because it would be more difficult if you have larger suitcases (we saw this first hand). This apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared for a twisty staircase of about 2 flights."

"Although the apartment was unoccupied the day before we arrived, it wasn't possible for us to access it early without paying an extra fee, which seemed unreasonable. We left our luggage with a Nannybag service outlet near the train station instead. I did not receive a notice with instructions on how to access the property, until the day we were to arrive - and the link did not work. I sent several emails asking for details, but we only received this after my travel partner thought to try messaging through WhatsApp. The site with the information is comprehensive. The check-in procedure is frustrating, as the address on the booking shows 43 bis, and the actual property is at 43. To enter the apartment, there are 3 steps: 1) enter a code to open the street door, 2) when you are inside the vestibule, enter another new code for the door to the hallway, and 3) climb the stairs to your apartment door, where you will find a lockbox, which requires yet another code, to get the key for your apartment. Each time you go out, to re-enter you will need to repeat the process: street door code, vestibule door code, and then use your key at your door. Be sure to note the codes somewhere!! We, like many other reviewers, spent time trying to enter a code at 43 bis... before we realized we were at the wrong door. When we returned from dinner, we met another group of travelers who were stymied too, so we explained the process. Our only negative comment about the unit itself is that we were left only 1 toilet roll, and no additional supply once that ran out. Lastly, the check out instructions posed a form to be filled in (which I did). I thought there would be some kind of expectation after this was submitted - something about photos? - but nothing happened."

"Narrow winding staircase to top floor is hard to navigate with luggage's. Very low ceilings in places of this roof conversion. Hot water went out several times when breaker tripped taking time to sort out fuse box location."
